Family Office Series

Private Operations, Administration, and Compliance Foundations

The Family Office Series is the administrative bridge between the Private Foundations & Risk Literacy Series and the Patrick Devine Series. This series focuses on building administrative discipline, records control, and operational governance so structures are supported by proper administration before advanced fiduciary, trust, or treasury functions are introduced.

Many structures fail not because the documents are incorrect, but because administration is inconsistent, records are not maintained, and individuals do not understand the difference between capacity, office, and jurisdiction. This series addresses those issues by teaching administrative control, office governance, and record systems first.

Throughout this series, students will learn how to operate an administrative office, maintain proper records and ledgers, manage correspondence and notices, track internal compliance, oversee trustees and fiduciary activity, and prepare for treasury and banking interfaces in a structured and disciplined manner.

Series Overview

Volume 1 — Family Office Foundations (Phase 0)
Establish administrative authority, office governance, record systems, and operational discipline.

Volume 2 — Family Office Operations & Compliance
Learn administrative workflows, correspondence tracking, contract review processes, and internal compliance logging.

Volume 3 — Family Office & Trust Interface
Understand how the office oversees trustees, maintains separation of duties, and prevents unity-of-interest issues.

Volume 4 — Family Office & Treasury Function
Introduce treasury logs, receivables tracking, instrument review protocols, and preparation for future banking interfaces.

This series is designed for students who want to operate structures correctly, maintain administrative control, and build proper operational foundations before moving into advanced fiduciary, trust, and treasury processes.
